Our process.

step by step.

If you've ever asked yourself, "What is a nanny agency?" or, "What are the benefits of using a nanny agency?" you've come to the best agency to guide you.
Our process is designed around clear communication between our family and yours.

Let's break down the process.

Get in touch.

Feel free to give us a call at 917-310-2300 or fill out our contact form, and we’ll get in touch shortly to send over our full application for families and answer any questions you may have. Once the application is complete, you’ll have a free consultation call with a member of our team and, if it’s a good fit for everyone moving forward, we will send over our agreement to sign. Once it is signed and our launch fee has been paid, we will introduce you to your placement counselor, who will serve as your main point of contact throughout the search.

We get to work.

We will compose a job description based on your family application and will send it to you for approval prior to posting it publicly. We then reach out to our existing candidate pool, as well as recruit and vet new candidates specifically for your family. Each candidate we decide to introduce to you has completed our rigorous vetting process: a general screening interview and a job-specific interview, a successful Internet screen, and at least one glowing reference on file (we will have collected a reference for each and every position listed on a candidate’s resume by the time you reach a trial phase with a candidate.) Each candidate we introduce will be presented with details as to why we’ve determined they could be a great fit for your family as well as their full candidate profile, which is an in-depth look into their work history, personality, passions, and childcare philosophy.

Decision time.

From there, you are welcome to coordinate interviews on your own, or we are happy to schedule them for you. After a successful interview, candidates complete 1-3 days of a ‘working interview’, or trial, so that you can observe the candidate working in your home, and see how they respond to feedback and how they interact with your children. Once you have decided who you would like to hire, we will share our offer letter and employment agreement templates with your family and make sure you have the support you need to fully on-board and train your new employee.

Checking in.

Once your new employee has accepted the position and begun working, we will send both you and your employee a congratulatory gift and check in as often or as little as you would like throughout the first year of employment as beyond. Your placement counselor will continue to be available to you as a resource for any questions about training, communication, check-ins, and whatever else you need!
